"Practices are open to all, regardless of whether you intend to play with us in tournaments. For those who would like to play with us in upcoming tournaments, attendance at practices is not mandatory, but of course, highly encouraged.

"Practices will involve drills in fundamental skills, and some amount of conditioning. There may be scrimmages, but the focus will be on skill development, as there are many other chances throughout the week to get your play time in. This is a great opportunity to start early in the season on getting sharp in your throws, cuts, catches, and defense--all in a pressure-free, friendly environment. We will provide the space to bring your game up a notch or two from wherever it may be, and help you get in shape."
