During the summer, about once a month they move the game to Torrey Pines State Beach.  For 2008, the beach game days are:

Here's an email that describes the beach games. 

First pull is at 12:30 PM, game ends at 1:30 PM.  Bring a white and a dark shirt.

To save a little time, they don't use the brick rule; instead, they play out-of-bounds pulls from the sideline, and give a free pass to any in-bounds "dump" or "swing" throw (All other in-bound throws, i.e. down-field, may be defended normally.)
